• We are not responsible for missing or damaged stones; we hand check each item for quality control to be sure your order is impeccable. So, if you hit your jewelry hard, please have your settings checked for loose stones, as soon as possible.

• We supply an itemized statement for proof and valuation of ownership. It is up to the purchaser to insure items after receipt of jewelry.

• Insurance appraisals are available for a charge.

• Jewelry repairs are available for a charge.

The Men’s Jewelry Store is a comprehensive, custom jewelry resource that saves you time and ensures your custom jewelry needs are met. Your designed jewelry will be delivered within 14 working days.

You can own a special piece or give a jewelry gift customized to your individual styling and pricing preferences.

Terms and Conditions for Free Shipping

Any orders totaling $100 or more before taxes and shipping will be shipped to you at our cost. This is our thank you gift to you for shopping with The Men’s Jewelry Store.

Your shipment will arrive via USPS regular mail or overnight UPS Airsaver. Items are insured and require a signature upon delivery.

If you would like your jewelry sooner, we do offer overnight shipping, and two or three day delivery. The fees for overnight and two or three day priority, insuring, and signature confirmation are done at your cost.
