Beautiful quilted cross crafted in rhodium plate sterling silver. Rhodium is a liquid metal which is extracted from platinum after being pulled from the mine. Rhodium plating protects silver with a harder finish making it tarnish resistant; it creates a gorgeous white on the silver and a very smooth finish for a deep shine. Sterling Silver is 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. Copper improves the hardness and durability of silver, yet allows the silver to retain its beautiful color.
