This pendant, Citizens Against Animal Cruelty, is very close to my heart because of my great love for animals. Being blessed living with animals throughout my life, I have discovered the unconditional love that they bring, as well as companionship and comfort. It is quite evident to me that we are their voice, the voice they depend on. The pendant represents the support they already have in stamping out animal cruelty and to making others aware of how much more must be done.

Our Sterling Silver is 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. Copper is silver's best companion since it improves the hardness and durability of silver, and allows the silver to retain its beautiful color.

Care
With proper care, your fine quality silver will last a lifetime. To minimize scratches and other damage, store your silver jewelry in a cloth pouch or in a separate compartment in a jewelry box. Avoid exposing silver to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can damage silver. Regular cleaning of your silver items will prevent tarnish and keep your silver bright and sparkling. Tarnish is most easily removed when it first becomes visible with a silver polishing cloth. If there is a lot of tarnish build-up use polishes formulated specifically to remove tarnish. Wearing your silver often is the best way to prevent tarnish from building up.

Given all this and the rising price of silver, this is quite simply a good investment all around.
