The Four Way Medal or Four Way Cross is also known as a cruciform and is four medals in one: The top image is that of the sacred heart of Jesus, with Christ pointing to His heart. The words, ‘I am a Catholic, please call a Priest,’ are inscribed on the back to indicate to an emergency worker the wearer’s desire for the last sacraments.
